a replacement for the specific terms set out in your individual building contract; or
a representation that is legally binding beyond the written scope of works agreed between the parties.

Project photographs, testimonials, and case studies shown in our advertising materials represent individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of results for future clients.

Before-and-after images are taken from actual client projects completed by Sustainable Homes Melbourne. Individual results will vary depending on the scope of works, site conditions, client decisions, and other factors.
